The Lifecycle® RS1 Recumbent is a home exercise bike built to rigorous health club quality standards. Seamlessly combining extreme durability with effective workout options, it provides a fantastic challenge to suit every fitness level delivered with total comfort.
You don’t need to worry about making noise with this bike as it's exceptionally quiet and smooth all the way up to 20 levels of resistance. Thanks to its sleek, ergonomic step-through design, it offers easy exit and entry assisted further by the front assist handle.
The recumbent seat with back pad keeps you in a relaxed and comfortable body position which can be tweaked to fit your exact requirements courtesy of 13 horizontal seat adjustments.

The Go Console has a highly intuitive interface making it extremely user-friendly.

All your essential workout feedback including distance, speed and calories is displayed via the large LCD display and includes simple quick keys including Quick Start, Warm Up and Cool Down to make things easy.

With 13 workouts including classic as well as advanced HeartSync™ programmes, you can stay constantly motivated, challenged and supported with your fitness goals.

There is also the option to create 2 user profiles allowing each user to set up their workout quickly, monitor their own progress and save one custom workout each.

The Life Fitness RS1 Lifecycle has contact heart rate hand sensors as well as wireless telemetry with a chest strap included. This enables you to closely monitor your heart rate while you work up a sweat. Also available with a Track+ console.

Every day we receive thousands of requests to equip commercial gyms with domestic machines. We always make 100% clear that the domestic warranty is not valid for a commercial gym, however small it may be. Please keep in mind that if you buy a domestic machine and put it in a commercial environment, the warranty won´t cover any type of damage.

TYPES OF DELIVERY

Fitness products are large and heavy and the assembly only a small part of the process.
All our products are delivered free of charge outside your home.- Free delivery: All products include free kerbside delivery.
- Onsite Assembly Service after Delivery: ideal for heavy products and domestic gyms with more than one machine. The machines will be assembled, tested and all the packaging will be taken for recycling. The cost of this service varies depending on the number of machines and access to your home. We recommend requesting a custom quote for orders with this service. (Price may change depending on the location and access to your home). Due to delivery adversities, please be informed that we are currently unable to perform installations in Northern Ireland
- PROMO PRODUCTS including free installation may be delivered and installed in different dates.

- Kerbside delivery + Professional installation:If your order includes Premium professional installation, our technicians will contact you directly to specify the most convenient date and time for you. - Full Domestic and Commercial Gyms: If we are building your gym, at the time of purchase, the Sales Person will indicate the approximate delivery time.

In this case we will contact you within 24-48 hours with a new approximate delivery time.
