Take control of your fitness with the new entry-level IC1 Group Exercise Bike from Life Fitness, featuring a sturdy steel frame, Poly-V Belt Drivetrain, comfortable padded sport saddle and wired on-board computer.
The IC1 Indoor Cycle is built with solid steel for strength and stability, and finished with a sleek Matte Slate colour. Its parallel frame features a 173mm Q-Factor for a real road bike feel, while full frame shrouds and guards and standard frame stabiliser bars are also incorporated into the design.

The IC1 is complete with four levelling feet and two transport wheels to assist with positioning and transportation.
The Poly-V Belt Drivetrain transfers torque smoothly, while the 1:3 Drivetrain Gear Ratio offers a front-based, 18kg aluminium flywheel. In addition to that, there is a CrMo 172.5mm crank and friction resistance system.
Featuring a wired on-board computer, the intuitive performance measurement effectively demonstrates intensity and effort, while showing cadence, heart rate and calorie expenditure. The power supply for this feature requires batteries.
Paired with the toe caged pedals is a multi-positioned soft PVC handlebar, offering vertical adjustments. You’ll also find a unisex padded sport saddle which enables vertical and horizontal adjustments. All adjustments can be made via the dials and levers.
To ensure protection of your bike during each workout, the IC1 comprises a sweat guard. Meanwhile for safety, there is a push emergency stop situated in front of the saddle.

Every day we receive thousands of requests to equip commercial gyms with domestic machines. We always make 100% clear that the domestic warranty is not valid for a commercial gym, however small it may be. Please keep in mind that if you buy a domestic machine and put it in a commercial environment, the warranty won´t cover any type of damage.

Fitness products are large and heavy and the assembly only a small part of the process.
All our products are delivered free of charge outside your home.- Free delivery: All products include free kerbside delivery.
- Onsite Assembly Service after Delivery: ideal for heavy products and domestic gyms with more than one machine. The machines will be assembled, tested and all the packaging will be taken for recycling. The cost of this service varies depending on the number of machines and access to your home. We recommend requesting a custom quote for orders with this service. (Price may change depending on the location and access to your home). Due to delivery adversities, please be informed that we are currently unable to perform installations in Northern Ireland
- PROMO PRODUCTS including free installation may be delivered and installed in different dates.

- Kerbside delivery + Professional installation:If your order includes Premium professional installation, our technicians will contact you directly to specify the most convenient date and time for you. - Full Domestic and Commercial Gyms: If we are building your gym, at the time of purchase, the Sales Person will indicate the approximate delivery time.

In this case we will contact you within 24-48 hours with a new approximate delivery time.
