HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING
As with any other exercise bike, with the Cadenza S30 you can perform high-intensity cardio workouts.
The increase in heart rate during exercise helps to improve your metabolism and burn fat quickly. To stay in shape, the WHO recommends regular, moderate exercise (light sweating and the ability to hold a conversation) for 22 minutes every day. However, if you want to lose weight and, in particular, reduce body fat, the WHO recommends doing this activity, also regularly and moderately, but for 44 minutes.
MAGNETIC RESISTANCE SYSTEM
Adapt the resistance level to your physical characteristics to make the sport even more effective.The Cadenza S30 has a magnetic transmission system composed of a neodymium magnet, a pressure sensor and a multi-groove belt that allows you to adjust it to your liking.
This system is maintenance-free, silent and 100% accurate.
HIDDEN FLYWHEEL FOR ADDED SAFETY

Fitness products are large and heavy and the assembly only a small part of the process.
All our products are delivered free of charge outside your home.- Free delivery: All products include free kerbside delivery.
- Onsite Assembly Service after Delivery: ideal for heavy products and domestic gyms with more than one machine. The machines will be assembled, tested and all the packaging will be taken for recycling. The cost of this service varies depending on the number of machines and access to your home. We recommend requesting a custom quote for orders with this service. (Price may change depending on the location and access to your home). Due to delivery adversities, please be informed that we are currently unable to perform installations in Northern Ireland
- PROMO PRODUCTS including free installation may be delivered and installed in different dates.
